[ Somewhere near Ghoul's living arrangements, a basket of flowers has appeared visibly nearby.

The footprints in the snow would lead to the culprit rather easily, but she got the hell out of dodge rather fast. Instead, inside the basket are bouvardias, gladiouluses, aster, and irises, arranged by someone who was clearly new at it but trying their best. Instead of a proper delivery note, she leaves behind one neatly penned 'business card'.

[Ghoul is normally up at the crack of dawn - a side effect of desert life - so when he hears someone outside he immediately goes to the door.

Another side effect of desert life and living on the run. His hearing was pretty sharp.

When he sees the basket of flowers, however, he stops mid-draw. The blaster stays holstered as he moves to pick the flowers up instead. Then he's scanning up and down the street for whoever left them. It doesn't take long to see the footsteps and an even shorter amount of time to follow them.]

[ she turns on her heel, somewhat startled to be caught in The Act, but not dashing out like she left a suspicious bomb on his porch. ]

Y- yes?

[He holds up the basket, looking a little confused.]

I did! See, I'm an apprentice under the flower shop owner. I - I figured there was no better way to spread the message than arrange some myself and deliver them this season. Because-- um, deliveries are really exciting? With no post office, I bet there's little excitement here.

Well the excitement 'round here tends to lean on the crazier side then fun so I bet'cha a lot of people are gonna love it.

[He grins at her, glancing at the basket before at her.]

I gotta favor to ask of ya though. What kinda flowers are these? I don't get the chance to see a lotta 'em back home.
